What you'll need:

Cabbage Steaks Ingredients - Miss Mable's Farmhouse

Large baking sheet
Cooking spray
Extra light tasting Olive Oil
Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 Medium Cabbage, fresher the better
1/2 Pound Bacon, slices cut in half

Preheat Oven to 450 Degrees

Spray large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

Remove any outer wilted or damage leaves from cabbage.

Using a sharp chef's knife cut off small slice of cabbage on the side.

Cut remaining cabbage head into 3/4" slices.

Place cabbage slices on large baking sheet.

Drizzle cabbage slices with Extra Light Tasting Olive Oil

Sprinkle cabbage slices with Montreal Steak Seasoning.

Arrange  bacon slices on top of cabbage.

Place prepared cabbage slices on middle rack of preheated oven.

Bake for 30 minutes. Cabbage should be tender but not overcooked.
